Once we receive the product in the same condition as when we delivered it to you, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date we confirm receipt of the return.<\/p>

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or does not match the order.<\/p>\t
