Premium Above-Ground Pools · AerVault™ & D-Stitch™ Technology
Helyora Technology

Rigidity isn't inflated. It's built.

Two technologies work together inside every Helyora: D-Stitch™ provides the structure, and AerVault™ maintains it. Here's what's under the surface.

D-Stitch™ · Structure

Tens of thousands of threads.

Beneath the surface are tens of thousands of high-tension threads that connect the two layers of the material. It’s the same Drop Stitch construction that gives professional paddle surfboards their rigidity: when air is pumped in, the threads tighten, and the wall no longer behaves like a conventional removable pool. Pressurized to between 10 and 15 PSI, it becomes a flat, rigid structure.

AerVault™ · Sealing

Your blood pressure, under control.

A rigid structure is of little use if it loses air. AerVault™ seals the core of every Helyora: heat-fused—not glued—layers over a 0.7 mm outer PVC layer, and anti-leak valves that keep the pressure stable day after day.

Construction · Double-walled

Two walls. A single solid piece.

The double-wall construction not only provides rigidity: the space between the layers acts as a natural thermal barrier and distributes the water load evenly. It is resistant to UV rays, chlorine, mold, and tears, and is watertight and non-toxic.

Material · 0.7 mm PVC

Sturdy, durable, and built to last.

Helyora's 0.7mm PVC is designed to withstand real-world use: you can sit on the edge, lean on it, or leave it set up season after season without worrying about punctures or wear and tear. The surface is resistant to punctures, UV rays, chlorine, and abrasion.
