Your Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page, providing your name and order details. You will receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as we process your request. Once we receive the product in the same condition as when we delivered it to you, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date we confirm receipt of the return.

You can also exercise this right from your account, in the «My Orders» section, where you’ll find the cancellation button next to each order within the legal timeframe.

Return Policy

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
